1. Overview
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to Ok Khata services, including any premium subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid features.
2. Free Services
Ok Khata offers free basic features for managing your ledger and accounts. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time without any charges. Free services do not require cancellation as no payment is involved.
3. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
If you have subscribed to any premium features:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
3.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can disable auto-renewal at any time through your device settings.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental purchases (within 48 hours of purchase)
- Technical issues preventing the use of paid features (reported within 7 days)
- Unauthorized purchases on your account
- Service unavailability due to our fault
4.2 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes above. To request a refund:

- For purchases made through app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store), you may also request refunds directly through their respective platforms
- Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refund:
- Purchases made more than 48 hours ago (except for technical issues)
- Refunds requested after the subscription period has ended
- Change of mind after purchase
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your Ok Khata account at any time. Upon account deletion:
- All your data will be permanently deleted
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
- This action is irreversible - ensure you have backed up your data
6. App Store Policies
For purchases made through third-party app stores:
- Google Play Store and Apple App Store have their own refund policies
- You must comply with their respective terms and conditions
- Some refund requests may need to be processed through the app store
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may:
- Contact our support team for further review
- Provide additional documentation to support your request
- Allow up to 5 business days for a response
