Ok Khata is a digital mobile application delivered through app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). Since our product is entirely digital:

• No physical shipping is required
• The App is immediately available for download upon purchase or installation
• Updates and new features are delivered through app store updates
• No shipping charges apply

2. App Installation and Delivery

2.1 Download and Installation

Once you download Ok Khata from the app store:

• The App is available immediately after installation completes
• You can begin using the App right away
• Internet connection may be required for initial setup and synchronization

2.2 Delivery Time

• Traditional "exchange" policies do not apply
• You may cancel subscriptions or request refunds as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy
